We are wondering whether the sensors in different plant have any correspondence. For example, does sensor 1 in plant 1 measure the same parameter (e.g. voltage, current, vibration, temperature) as sensor 1 in plant 6?

Yes. Sensor i for Component j1 of Plant k1 measures the same parameter as Sensor i for Component j2 of Plant k1, and further measures the same as Sensor i for Component j1 of Plant k2. However, note that there is variation in the number of components across plants (i.e. Plants k1 and k2 may have a different number of components).
